§ 1 General Information
Your personal data (e.g. title, first name and family name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number) shall be used explicitly pursuant to the German act on personal data protection. The below regulations inform on the type, scope, and aim of collecting, processing and using the personal data. The below privacy statement applies exclusively to our website. In case you happen to access third-party websites by means of references (links) from our website, please note that the data collected on third-party Web sites are subject to the third-party's privacy regulations.
§ 2 Automatic data collection
For technical reasons, the following data, among others, sent by your internet browser are collected:
‒ server type and version
‒ operational system in use
‒ website, through which you access us (URL referer)
‒ the website you visit
‒ date and time of access
‒ your IP address
The above confidential information is recorded irrespective of the personal data as submitted by you and they do not allow personal inferences to be drawn. They will be processed to prepare statistical evaluations in order to optimize our website and the offer presented. After the analysis has been made, the data will be cancelled.
§ 3 Main data
(1) Your personal data, as far as they are required to justify, amend the contents or contractual relationship (main data), will be processed by us only to implement provisions of the contract. And so e.g. in order to deliver the goods, it is necessary to reveal to the supplier your name and family name along with the delivery address. Without your explicit consent or without legal grounds for doing so, your personal data cannot be transferred to any third party that does not participate in the process of contract implementation.
(2) If requested by some organisational units, when justified, we are entitled to disclose information on your main data, provided that it is necessary to prosecute an offender, avoid potential danger by police units of membership countries, to fulfil statutory requirements of organs of constitutional tribunal of a given country and membership countries, for the needs of Federal Intelligence Service or Army Security Agency, and also to push for intellectual property rights.
§ 4 Usage Data
(1) Personal data that are needed in order to use and settle our offer (usage data) will be used to implement the contract agreement. 'Usage data' mean in particular characteristics necessary to identify a user, data describing the beginning, the end and the scope of usage, and also data on tele-services that were used by the user. Usage data used to settle our accounts (so called settlement data) may be transferred to other offerers or third parties as long as it is necessary to settle accounts with the user. Having received full payment, usage and settlement data will be deleted by us. The data may be blocked and not deleted, if they are required to be stored by legal, statutory or contractual regulations for certain periods of time.

§ 5 Information on the use of „Cookies“

Cookies do not collect your personal data.
